Kask Sphera Climbing Helmet

Kask Sphera Climbing Helmet

What is distinctive with the Kask Sphera Climbing Helmet is its inner padding. This consists of an innovative fabric designed with three dimensions that absorbs moisture and lowers humidity levels thus helping keep your head cool and dry. It is also non-allergenic and odor resistant. On top of these, it is removable from the helmet and machine washable.

Further helping you keep cool are seven large air vents that assure uninterrupted air flow into the helmet’s interior. In order to prevent, however, the entry of leaves, broken twigs, or other debris into the vents, anti-intrusion grilles are fitted on the outer shell.

The outer shell is constructed out of polypropylene polycarbonate while the internal shell is of HD polystyrene. These are integrated together using Kask’s In-Mold technology. With these materials, the helmet is durable and tough, yet it is lightweight.

To keep the helmet from slipping or sliding over your head, a fully adjustable chinstrap with four fastening points is fitted. A safety release system allows the quick opening of the locking mechanism. The pad that rests on your chin is comfortably soft that you practically cannot feel it. Like the helmet’s inner pad, it is also non-allergenic and machine washable.

The front of the helmet is equipped with lamp-carrying clips for nighttime climbing. These are compatible with most lamps available in the market.

Kask Sphera Climbing Helmets are available in medium and large sizes. Medium includes sizes 52 to 58, while large covers sizes 59 to 62. Both sizes come in colors of white, lime, red, and navy.
